To build new senior housing in the urban Los Angeles neighborhoods where our residents live, so they can age in their respective communities.
VISION
Senior housing is woefully under-supplied in Los Angeles. Our vision is to ensure that Los Angeles’s seniors can remain connected to their loved ones and receive the care they need in thoughtful, uplifting, and innovative senior housing. Thereby, improving their quality of life, maintaining their sense of community, and enhancing their physical and emotional well-being.

Other Cities:

Multifamily residential, commercial, and planned urban zoning

Any zoning that senior housing can be entitled with a special use or conditional use permit
