In 2018, The Panorama Group’s Founder and Principal, Daniel Kianmahd, formed the Daniel Kianmahd Fund in order to:

  • Double down on our investment in the neighborhoods that we build properties in

  • Promote charitable giving within the company and its colleagues, associates, and friends

  • Provide an organized medium to make charitable contributions

Some of the Organizations we Support

SBSS+FINAL+LOGO+SMALL.png

Founded in 1908, St. Barnabas Senior Services (SBSS) is a nonsectarian, nonprofit organization grounded in the belief that all older adults have the right to age with dignity.

As the oldest senior service agency in LA, SBSS has grown from operating a single senior center in Mid-City to what it is today - a dynamic senior service agency developing new models of care and providing innovative services throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Typically, SBSS participants are in their mid-70s, live alone, have few relatives or friends to provide assistance, and speak minimal English. These participants roughly match the demographic profile of this geographic area: 35% Asian, 33% Latino, 25% White, 6% African/American, 1% Other. Most depend on Social Security of $800-$900 per month to cover their expenses, and rely on Medicare and Medicaid for their health coverage. Living at or below the federal poverty level, they lack the resources to meet their basic food, housing, and healthcare needs.

Shelter Partnership, Inc. is a nonprofit organization collaboratively solving homelessness in Los Angeles County through policy analysis, program design, resource development, and advocacy in support of agencies and local governments that serve the homeless.

Swipe Out Hunger is a national nonprofit committed to ending college student hunger. It advises colleges and universities on the design of commonsense and innovative anti-hunger programs. The most commonly adopted model is the organization’s flagship program, “The Swipe Drive,” which allows students to donate their extra meal plan swipes to their peers who face food insecurity on campus.

The Cross Cultural Expressions Community Counseling Center (CCECCC) provides culturally sensitive therapeutic support for patients, and train other professional clinicians to do the same in their own practices. By better understanding the cultural subtleties, nuances of language and varied forms of expression, CCECCC is able to better serve its clients and further its vision of a connected, unified world celebrating the rich diversity of all its inhabitants.
